When pink and green bars are horizontal, grey and blue gars are vertical.
With small oscillating angle A of the pink bar, yellows platform is always approximately horizontal and move approximately vertically.
The video shows:
A = +/-10 deg.
Max inclined angle of the platform = 0.25 deg.
