Dưới đây là quy trình đúc khuôn cát

1. Create pattern: Tạo mẫu đúc

2. Place flask over cope portion of the pattern : Đặt khuôn lên nửa trên của mẫu đúc

3. Fill flask with sand and remove cope pattern: Điền đầy khuôn với cát và loại bỏ nửa trên vật đúc

4. Place flask over drag portion of the pattern: Đặt khuôn lên nửa dưới của mẫu đúc

5. Fill flask with sand and remove drag pattern: Điền đầy khuôn với cát và loại bỏ nửa dưới vật đúc

6. Assemble core in the mold and assemble the cope and drag: Lắp đặt lõi và ráp khuôn trên với khuôn dưới

7. Pour metal into mold: Đổ kim loại vào khuôn

8. Shakeout mold and trim off gating system: Lắc nhẹ khuôn lấy vật đúc và cắt bỏ hệ thống cổng rót.
